1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk0k" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://pk0k.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services operated under the pk0k brand.
• "Platform" means the website, web application, mobile browser interface, and any other digital medium through which pk0k services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any service provided by pk0k.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole currency used for all transactions on pk0k.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a Player's account through a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or similar incentive scheme.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player using an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may deposit, withdraw, or receive bonus funds on pk0k.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, arcade games, fishing games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available through the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk0k. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to comply with them.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, game guides, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

pk0k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact email on record.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on pk0k, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by pk0k from the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not depositing funds that are the proceeds of unlawful activity of any kind.
• You understand that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and you accept that risk.

pk0k reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and return of any Real Money Balance in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on pk0k. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID Card, your date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. pk0k will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out through your account using your credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk0k support immediately.

pk0k reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

5 KYC Verification

All Accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claim may be processed. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 90 days showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your own name.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and in a supported file format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). pk0k may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence. Accounts with incomplete or unverified KYC status will have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

6 Deposits

All deposits to your pk0k account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• bKash (Mobile Financial Service)
• Nagad (Mobile Financial Service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay (Mobile Financial Service)
• Bank Transfer — supported banks include Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank
• Visa and Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however transactions above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures in line with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. In the event of a payment processor delay, credits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 60 minutes, you should contact pk0k support with your transaction reference number.

pk0k does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or service charges. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by your payment provider.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activity on the pk0k Platform. Deposits made solely to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming intent, or deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name, are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer: Typically 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–7 business days depending on the issuing bank.

pk0k reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. Such checks may extend processing times. You will be notified via your registered email or platform message if additional verification is required.

Withdrawal requests that include Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds will only be processed once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw before Wagering Requirements are met will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

pk0k offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is live.

General bonus conditions that apply to all pk0k promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless specified, the standard Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Some promotions carry different requirements — always read the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if Wagering Requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes fraud.
• pk0k reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus wagering at the time of cancellation will be given a reasonable period to complete requirements or will have their Real Money Balance returned.
• Bonuses claimed in bad faith — including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error — will be voided along with any associated winnings.

Participation in pk0k promotions constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

9 Game Rules & Betting

Each game and betting market on pk0k is governed by specific rules published within the game interface or betting section. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand applicable game rules before placing any bet.

General rules applicable to all gaming and betting activity on pk0k:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a specific game's rules expressly permit it.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live event, pk0k will apply the rules set by the relevant game provider to determine the outcome. Where a game provider ruling is not available, pk0k's decision will be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip and may be adjusted by pk0k without prior notice.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant in-play events, data feed issues, or irregular betting patterns. Bets placed prior to suspension remain valid unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Manifest errors — including clearly incorrect odds, pricing errors, or game malfunctions — do not stand. pk0k reserves the right to void bets placed under manifest error conditions and to return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Winnings from all RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined by certified game software from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. pk0k does not alter game outcomes.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk0k Platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances (including Real Money Balance in cases of fraud), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity (bonus abuse).
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pk0k support staff or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's code, servers, databases, or security systems.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access your account.

11 Responsible Gaming

pk0k is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide the following tools to all Account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Time-Out Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out your account is inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the selected period and takes effect immediately.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and the net result of your session.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk0k Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database architecture, game content, graphic design, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the property of pk0k or its licensed game and content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pk0k.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any component of the Platform.
• Use pk0k trademarks, logos, or brand names in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Unauthorised use of any pk0k intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by pk0k and its licensors.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk0k's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk0k shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Interruption to the Platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, network failures, or force majeure events beyond pk0k's reasonable control.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers.
• Errors or inaccuracies in live sports data or live scores provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk0k makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will operate without interruption or error, or that it will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

pk0k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction of an account.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record, after deducting any applicable administrative fees for dormant account processing where permitted by law. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not returned upon account closure.

In cases where account closure follows a finding of fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms, pk0k reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pk0k may revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk0k will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to the email address on record for all registered Players where the change is substantive.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period following the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and pk0k arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue. pk0k will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
2. Escalation: If the internal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory outcome within 30 days, you may request escalation to a senior review. pk0k will provide a final written response within a further 14 business days.
3. Dispute Resolution: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
